An efficient technology is customized for the needs of the Principals, the seafarers, and their families. In doing so, statements of accounts, financial statements, allotments, and Social Security dues are processed on time. Thus, the clients are assured that the accounting process is precise, punctual, and proactive.

Communication is one of the key factors in any organization and NSM’s in-house bulletin NETLINK, which is envisioned to be the link between NSM’s officers and crew, allotees, office staff, management and Principals, is published three times a year. It is a tie that binds all who are connected with NSM in its common goal and vision for the company. It also serves as a channel of communication among these sectors which together, comprise the NSM’s organization. Likewise, it acts as an anchor to the seafarers who are able to touch base with home even while they are away abroad.
